All prescription medicines supplied through our service are issued following an online clinical consultation reviewed and approved by our GPhC-registered pharmacist. No prescription will be issued without a satisfactory clinical assessment.
Prescriptions are issued at the sole professional discretion of our pharmacist. We may request additional information, decline to issue a prescription, or recommend that you consult your GP where clinically appropriate.

You have the right to cancel your order before your prescription has been approved and dispensed. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. A full refund will be issued if cancellation is received before dispensing has begun.
Once a prescription medicine has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds, in accordance with UK medicines legislation and guidance from the GPhC. This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
